As we announced earlier this summer, our rewards network was scheduled to undergo some intensive maintenance this fall. We had hoped we could wait until September 1st to take our network offline, but due to unforeseen server issues, we were forced to accelerate this and begin the overhaul process on August 19th, 2022.
In case you missed the summer announcement, here is a summary of what is happening…
On August 19th 2022, we temporarily took our rewards platform and network offline in order to overhaul the platform and make several extensive upgrades to our internal database functionality. This affects both the PayBud app and website.
We anticipate this upgrade process could take up to 60-90 days to fully complete. During this period, you will be unable to access your PayBud Rewards account or earn new reward points. (We will remain closed to new members during this period).
If you are currently a premium member, you will of course not be charged for your membership during this period. Plus, your August 2022 membership fees have now been refunded back to you.
We apologize for this inconvenience and will work hard to minimize the downtime.
During this scheduled downtime, you may still contact us via email with any questions you may have. Although we will be operating with a limited staff after September 1st, we will do our best to reply within (2) business days.
